I come here all the time absolutely love the blue magic smoothie and dragon fruit acai. I almost always leave tips and its usually only the young ladies working who often come off as if they couldn’t care less. When I order and sit to wait on the little patio often times they wont tell me it’s done like ever, even though the store will be empty and they see me sitting right outside. Today for the first time after visiting this store for over 2 years, the young man with the afro gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced here he was so kind and even let me know that my smoothie was ready. He literally brought it to me with a straw while I waited & sat outside enjoying the weather I did not expect that. So thanks again to the young man who was so excellent in making me feel like a valued customer. I’d suggest management allowing him to do a training with the young ladies on how to display proper customer service a simple greeting or helpful gesture really does go a long way.

I wasn't greeted when I first walked in. There were two younger employees working, and after I said hello twice, the employee who eventually took my order gave what felt like a half-hearted greeting. It honestly seemed like it was pulling teeth just to get a simple "hi." I ordered the Mango Tango, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The drink lacked quality, which matched the overall customer service experience. The only positive was that my order was prepared fairly quickly. To top it off, I paid $8 for a medium smoothie that looked more like a small. For that price, I expected much better quality and a more reasonable portion size. What stood out the most was that a man who walked in a few minutes after me was greeted immediately and enthusiastically before his order was taken. That inconsistency made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, both the customer service and the quality of the drinks need significant improvement.

I go to this one and get there product but the girls that work there literally cannot tell you anything about the product. Just what's in it. Nutritional value, what is it recommended for? They will stand around talking and there will be a line at lunch time and make you wait. Idk if the product is good because the people who work here, don't know anything about it! I got an answer once "idk if it tastes good that's not why people come here" " it's nutritional value" I asked what is the nutritional value? " Ummmm we don't have that information? Then why am I paying 8.00 for a small drink! I think this one on Southside is bullshit!!!!

Ever since we discovered this place, my wife has faithfully ordered her favorite açaí drink every Sunday. She also loves the avocado toast, which comes with arugula, egg, cheese, and a couple of other toppings. It's a small but clean and pleasant place, and above all, the staff are very friendly.

First time Coming here! Very nice little place! Def fresh juices! And i was able to mix my fruits since i couldnt find what i like on the menu, owner was very nice!
